Every ready-made PDF this site currently offers, 22 documents, 1,288 pages total, split into two downloads: a ZIP with everything except By State, and the 50-state reference as its own PDF. Meant to be handed to a print shop in one go rather than downloaded document by document.
Not included yet
The Case for Preparedness (a persuasive long-read, deliberately never had a print edition) isn't in either download below. It exists as a live web page you could print yourself from your own browser if you want it too.

Before you send this to a print shop
- Ask about double-sided printing. At 1,288 pages, single-sided roughly doubles both the paper cost and the physical bulk for no real benefit here.
- That's why By State ships separately. The By State document alone is 457 of the 1,288 pages, which is why it's split out below instead of bundled into the ZIP. If you only care about your own state, skip both downloads and print that state's individual PDF from its own page instead.
- Color matters in a few specific places, not just for looks. Callout boxes, source tables, and one chapter's color-coded tradeoff comparison (The Act of Thriving, Chapter 4) use color to carry real meaning, not decoration. If budget means black-and-white for the bulk of it, ask about printing just those pages in color.
- Each row above is its own PDF, either inside the ZIP (numbered so they sort in a sensible order) or, for By State, as its own direct download. A shop can treat the ZIP's contents as one job or bind them separately, whichever makes sense for how you actually want to use the physical copies.
- This bundle will be out of date the next time this site's content changes. Everything on this site is a living document; check the site itself if it's been a while since you downloaded this.
